The client purchased this home a couple years ago as a summer home for now and possible retirement home. It was built in the late 1980’s by a firm still doing business in Traverse City. This is the second project we have completed on the home.
In this project we removed some non-load bearing walls that enclosed the kitchen to open it up to the living and dinning areas. This was very enlightening to the kitchen. The kitchen and primary pathway floors, cabinetry, countertops and lighting were all changed along with other cosmetic improvements. This home now gives one a lively and inviting feeling. When completing the finishing touches, I felt right at home.
